Computer.

This is the main computer for the spaceship from my books. He is a super computer and sits at the back of the bridge. I like the contradictions of having a super computer looking old, dirty and clunky.

I used the insides from several old vacuum valves for the inner core. They are great looking detail, but very fragile. The main body was wood and plastic parts with electrical components for detail.

The head was old camera parts and the insides of a cassette recorder. Old electrical equipment are a great place to find interesting shapes. Cameras especially are full of great looking tech.
